FAQ

Where do you sell?
Currently I'm selling only in Canada. If you're in the Brighton, Quinte West, Trenton, Quinte, or Belleville areas, local pickup is available at my studio.

Will my card come with an envelope?
Yes! Every card comes with a white envelope.

What if the card I want is sold out?
Some of my cards are regularly stocked, while others are one-of-a-kind creations. If the card you love is sold out and was a single make, I'd be happy to remake it for you. Just reach out using the Contact Me button, include the card name in your message, and I'll let you know the next steps.

How does shipping work?
I currently ship within Canada only via Canada Post lettermail. Card orders are processed within 3 to 4 business days, and you'll receive an email notification when your item ships. Print-on-demand items (such as patterned cardstock) may take 5 to 7 business days to mail.

If you'd like tracking and signature confirmation, you can upgrade to Expedited Shipping at checkout for an additional fee.

Can I pick up my order locally?
Absolutely! If you're near my studio in the Brighton, Quinte West, Trenton, Quinte, or Belleville areas, you can skip shipping charges and arrange a convenient pickup time. Please contact me to coordinate details.

What if my order doesn't arrive?
Once your order leaves my studio, delivery is managed by Canada Post. On rare occasions, packages are misplaced and may be returned to me after a few weeks—if that happens, I'll reach out to arrange re-shipping.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I'll work with you to make it right.

What is your return or exchange policy?
Because each handmade card is unique and crafted with care, I don't accept returns on cards unless they arrive damaged. If you have concerns about your order, please reach out and I'll do my best to help.

How is custom design work priced?
Custom graphic design work is quoted on a project basis unless it involves light customization of an existing design. My studio rate is $50 per hour. Contact me to discuss your project and receive a personalized quote.

What materials do you use for your cards?
I create my handmade cards using premium cardstock (110 to 120 pounds) and high-quality embellishments. Each card is designed to feel substantial and luxurious—a keepsake worth displaying.

How should I care for my handmade card?
To preserve your card's beauty, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Handle embellished areas gently to maintain their integrity.
