Return and Refund Policy

Handmade Greeting Cards: All sales of handmade greeting cards are final. Each card is a one-of-a-kind creation, carefully crafted by hand. These items are non-returnable and non-refundable, except in the case of a defect upon arrival. If your card arrives defective, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos — I will arrange a replacement or refund and cover all associated shipping costs.

Patterned Cardstock & Other Physical Products: Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused, unmarked, and in original condition. Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day window under the same condition requirements. For exchanges, the customer is responsible for both return shipping to us and shipping costs for the replacement item. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds will be processed once the item is received and confirmed in good, resalable condition. Please contact me before returning any items to arrange the return.

Defective Products: If any product arrives defective, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos. Return shipping costs for defective items are covered by me.

Damaged in Transit: If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact me within 30 days of delivery with photos. A shipping insurance claim will be filed on your behalf. I'll work with you to make it right.
