Shipping Policy

I ship greeting cards, tags and cardstock via tracked Canada Post or Purolator for your protection. Orders are carefully packaged and processed within 3 to 4 business days. You'll receive an email notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Delivery Times:

• Expedited Parcel (tracked): 3-7 business days
• Xpresspost (tracked): 1-3 business days
• Purolator Ground (tracked): 3-7 business days

Tracking: All orders include tracking to ensure your package arrives safely and you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Within Canada: Currently, I ship within Canada only.

Lost or Damaged Packages: While rare, carriers occasionally misplace items or packages may be damaged in transit. Once your order leaves my studio, I cannot control its journey, but I'm here to help. If your package doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe or arrives damaged, please contact me with your tracking information and we'll work together to find a solution.
